individual and we treat each of them with dignity and respect at every visit.
It is part of our job to be mindful of people’s differences, with consideration
for their wishes, rights and beliefs.

– We believe that compassion and kindness are as important as experience and
skills in providing care that improves wellbeing. We take the time to plan our
care and activities for people so that we can tailor our care delivery to their
needs.

Integrity
– We are passionate about our core values, and our commitment to our clients
and their wellbeing. We do not offer 15-minute appointments, for example,
because we don’t think they are effective for clients or staff.

Neighbourly
– We treat our clients as we would our friends and family, we are part of their
community and care about making connections. We assist our clients to remain
independent by working closely with their family, friends, neighbours and
community partners.

Understanding
– As well as supporting clients, it’s our job to simply listen and let them
know they are not alone. Living with health conditions or the effects of
getting older can be difficult to get used to, and part of our job is to help
people with that.

Sympathetic
– We know some days are harder than others, and we are here to support our
clients through the bad days as much as the good. Being a friend to someone is
just as important as the support we provide to people with physical activities
or household tasks.

Unique
– Each of our clients is unique, and so are we! We pride ourselves on
delivering a ‘good old fashioned’ level of service you won’t find anywhere else
because we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach.
